Milngavie Youth Cafe


From 6th March the chair yoga will move to Milngavie Youth Cafe. This is a weekly drop-in with Yogability. Chair yoga is gentle exercise which can help improve your muscle tone, improve your breathing, reduce stress and give you a sense of well-being – all done while seated, or using the chair as a support. If you are interested in the class please just drop in, no booking necessary.
