It has often been said that the goal of life is to be happy or at least slightly less miserable.

Many of us have faced enormous challenges and difficulty as we have selflessly cared for someone, especially during this pandemic.  Naturally this will have had an impact, leaving us drained and perhaps a sense of being a bit lost.
