The Carers Care Home Forum is for carers who currently have a relative or loved one in a care home. The meetings are an opportunity to meet with Carers Link staff and the East Dunbartonshire Council Care Home Support team to share experiences and examples of good practice.
At this meeting on Monday, 7th August, in Woodhill Evangelical Church a dietician will be there to speak about food and nutrition and answer your questions.
