The Carers Care Home Forum is for carers who currently have a relative or loved one in a care home. The meetings are an opportunity to meet with Carers Link staff and the East Dunbartonshire Council Care Home Support team to share experiences and examples of good practice.
The speaker at this meeting will be a social worker who liaises directly with care homes and East Dunbartonshire council.
