Losing yourself in mindful activity. Carers lead very busy lives, rushing around on autopilot, multitasking, taking care of our families and trying to keep on top of everything. Why not pause and enjoy the relaxing experience of colouring. Carefully and attentively filling the pictures with colours, this session is a great introduction to mindfulness.
