We offer a variety of training sessions covering neurodiverse conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.
This session will look at how to formulate a support document (a communication passport) for your individual, highlighting strengths and challenges, and will provide models and advice on content and uses.
This is a follow on session which assumes that participants have attended the 6 week basic SAND (Supporting Autism And Neurodiversity) course. The course will be delivered via Zoom in partnership with DIFFERabled, and places can be booked by emailing differabledscotland@gmail.com. They will ask for the first 3 letters of your post code [to identify your local authority for funders] and a very short bio [e.g. parent of 7yr ASD boy].
