It can be hard being stuck in the house for long periods, so why not take a short break for yourself and join us online for a short Mindful practice on a Tuesday evening every 2 weeks. If you register using the box below we will send you a link to join, all you need is a smart device (phone, tablet, laptop, pc), ideally with a camera and microphone, and to be able to connect to the internet.
