Getting crafty is a great way of concentrating the mind and losing yourself in the task at hand! Sharon, who is one of our volunteers and who regularly attends our weekly Mindfulness sessions, will lead this session for us. The focus will be on the different types of crafting that carers can do in their own time; there are so many to choose from and not all of them involve having to buy anything. You’ll be amazed at what you can do with items that we all probably already have at home!

The session will be held using Zoom. If you have a Smartphone, a tablet or a laptop/pc and would like to join in but lack the confidence or knowhow, please get in touch with us and we’ll help you to get set up. Simply call our dedicated Technology Helpline on 07592 040 703.
