These are new sessions designed for the teenager you look after, to aid with understanding the issues of their diversity and to offer possible supports and strategies.

Several of our families are presently supporting young people emerging into adulthood, 12-18. As we realise how difficult this is for both the young people and the parents we have developed 3  90 minute sessions for the young people to help them understand the impacts of teens and their neurodiversity. It will be a place where they can investigate, question and link with others their own age to think about these issues. The participants can leave off video, talk or use chat and can even use a fictitious screen name -whatever makes them feel comfortable. We do need a contact email as there are handouts that go with the sessions. We really hope these sessions are useful and that the young people can feed back on what services and supports they may want going forward.

Juggling aims to give teenagers a basic understanding of the issues impacting on life and how to navigate these.

The course will be  delivered via Zoom in partnership with DIFFERabled, and places can be booked by emailing  They will ask for the first 3 letters of your post code [to identify your local authority for funders] and a very short bio [e.g. 14 year old boy].
