It can be hard being stuck in the house for long periods, so why not take a short break for yourself and join us online for a short Mindful practice every Thursday morning. If you register using the box below we will send you a link to join, all you need is a smart device (phone, tablet, laptop, pc), ideally with a camera and microphone, and to be able to connect to the internet.
We will be using zoom to host the meetings, and if you want help to join, or are worried about using zoom, we have people who can help – just email email@example.com and we’ll get in touch.
