We know how hard it is for carers to find time for themselves., but investing a little time in you has never been more important or more vital for your overall well-being.
This is the second of 2 workshops to help you to Recharge, Reboot and Renew.
If the answer to any of the questions below is YES, then these 2-hour, interactive workshops, could be just right for you.
- Have you felt overwhelmed during the pandemic by the additional strains of your caring responsibilities?
- Would you like help to try and restore your resilience, helping you deal a little more effectively with life’s challenges as they come along?
- Are you looking to reclaim your confidence so you are better able to make positive changes in your life?
During these workshops you will be provided with practical tools, tips and techniques – giving you an opportunity to build your own toolkit and restore your resilience and reclaim your confidence.
If you are interested, we would encourage you to attend both workshops – but you are very welcome to attend either one or the other if that works best for you.

Your facilitator for both events will be Julia Coggins, a Trainer and Coach with 28 years’ experience of providing interactive, practical and fun coaching workshops.
