Reiki is a Japanese technique to help with the reduction of stress, and can encourage deep relaxation. It stimulates a person’s own natural healing abilities and can benefit overall health and wellbeing. We currently offer monthly face to face Reiki sessions. The sessions are carried out in a seated position in a small group format, with a maximum of 5 people, and have proved popular and successful over the past 2 years,.
