Supporting Autism and Neurodiversity (SAND) is a 6 week basic training course. Each 2hour 30 minute session includes a presentation and time for Q & A. The aim is for participants to attend all 6 sessions to build the knowledge required to support their individual(s) or themselves.
Week 6 Getting it Right– Practical strategies to analyse behaviours and how to build intervention plans to support growth and capacity within out individuals. How to manage risk and minimise negative behaviours.
