Carers have always faced complex and challenging issues – by the very nature of their caring role.
Covid-19 has exacerbated these issues to an unprecedented degree.
We fully recognise it is hard to find time for you but – time for you is more important now than ever before
and vital for your overall well-being.
You are invited to join us for this Wellbeing & Self Care workshop
This workshop aims to provide:
• Information and discussion around the themes of self-acceptance, self-care and self-compassion.
• Introduce you to tools and techniques designed to help you build a blueprint for your self-care
• Highlight ways to maintain and strengthen your resilience.
• Discuss ways to help you navigate caring for others and, caring for you, through the most challenging times.
The workshop will take place on Thursday 18th March in the afternoon (time to be confirmed). It will last between 1.5 – 2 hours.
As this is an interactive workshop, numbers may be limited so please book your place below.
