The latest in our series of office chats, in this episode Katy, Heather, Catriona and Fiona chat about Christmas past and present, sharing memories and plans for this different Christmas.

Who knew there were two Carers Links? We had a chat with Carers Link Lancashire about the work that they do and the similarities and differences for carers in the two areas.

This longer episode is about caring for someone with dementia. Jon and Katy spoke to Lynda Hutton from Dementia Services Development Centre Stirling and Michelle Candlish from Ceartas about some of the struggles those with dementia and those caring for them might face, and some ways to help. They also spoke about how COVID has impacted those with dementia and those caring for someone with dementia, as well as local services available to help.
