Individual support for your wellbeing
As well as our groups, workshops and activities we offer some individual sessions to support your wellbeing. These may include:
- Well-being reviews – a one-to-one review/ chat where the focus is on your overall health and well-being.
- Counselling – an opportunity to have one to one counselling and take the time to talk through your thoughts and feelings with a trained professional.
- Life coaching – a one to one process where you will be supported to identify, define and work towards achieving personal goals.
We are normally open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00 pm, but appointments (by phone, in person or online) out with these hours can be arranged. Currently mail is not being picked up from the office on a regular basis so if possible please email or phone us. During evenings and weekends, if you or someone you know requires urgent social work support, please call 0800 811 505.
