Podcasts are a series of audio episodes, often focused on a particular topic or theme. Basically they are a radio programme that you can download and listen to it at a time that suits you. Some of our podcasts are light-hearted chats with members of the team, and others cover a specific topic of interest to carers and include guest speakers.
How to get podcasts
You can listen to our podcasts by clicking on the links below, but there are other ways as well. Your smartphone or tablet may already have a podcast app installed. If not, go to the app store and search for ‘podcast app’. Download one of the podcast players, then open the player and type in the name of a podcast, for example ‘Carers Link’. Choose your podcast and simply press Play.
We are normally open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00 pm, but appointments (by phone or online) out with these hours can be arranged. Currently mail is not being picked up from the office on a regular basis so if possible please email or phone us.
