Dementia

  • My House of Memories App.  Explore objects from the past and share memories together.
  • BBC Reminiscence Archive with the option to choose your topic e.g. childhood, sports, TV and you can then opt for pictures or sound or video on that topic.
  • Alzheimer Scotland online activities , with videos on topics such as movement and exercise, relaxation exercises, activities around the home, musical activities, stories and poems to listen and read along to, outdoor and nature activities.
  • M4D radio, part of the Music for Dementia campaign.

Autism and neurodiversity

Mental Health

Connections – offers short term support to people aged between 16 and 65  experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems, such as stress, anxiety, depression and low mood.

We are normally open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00 pm, but appointments (by phone, in person or online) out with these hours can be arranged. Currently mail is not being picked up from the office on a regular basis so if possible please email or phone us. During evenings and weekends, if you or someone you know requires urgent social work support, please call 0800 811 505.
