Thank you for becoming a member of Carers Link.

Having members helps demonstrate to our funders that we represent people who live, work or care in East Dunbartonshire.  Our membership will also ensure that as the organisation grows, our services continue to meet the needs of carers.

Whilst you do not need to be a member to receive any of our services, attend meetings or to become involved with Carers Link, only members are entitled to vote at our Annual General Meeting or any Extra-Ordinary Meetings.  In addition to a right to vote and stand for office, all members will receive a copy of our Annual Report and newsletter.

3. I understand that Carers Link East Dunbartonshire is a Company Limited by Guarantee. I understand that by choosing yes, each member agrees (guarantees) to contribute a sum of £1 maximum towards any debts if Carers Link goes into liquidation.
4. I understand that Carers Link is registered under the Data Protection Act and is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). I understand that your Privacy Policy detailing how you use and protect my data is available on the website, or a copy can be posted to me
5. Specifically, I understand that Company registers detailing member names, addresses, dates joined/ceased membership are required to be legally kept for the entire life of the company.
