Our Time to Live grants give carers a short break from your caring. This could be anything from a few hours of downtime to relax and rest, a regular weekly activity or some equipment to give you a break in your home, to a holiday together away from the daily routine.Christmas can be a stressful time for carers with the disruption to routines, increased workload, reduced support, financial strain and either social overload, or a feeling of social isolation if your caring role stops you from joining activities.Why not plan now for a short break in the new year to recharge your batteries.
