The Scottish Government will soon be introducing a Bill to Parliament which will provide the legislation needed for them to set up a social security agency in Scotland and administer the devolved benefits, including Carers Allowance and benefits for disabled people. Carers Link have organised two consultation meetings so that carers can find out more about the bill and input their views.
