Dru Yoga can be practised by people of all fitness levels and abilities. It is a gentle sequence of yoga postures and the classes will include chair yoga and some standing postures. As part of our Positive Changes project we are able to offer a block of weekly classes, and this is the first of them.
Please book your place using the form below. Once your place is confirmed we will send you a link to join us on zoom the day before the class. On the day all you need is comfortable, loose, clothing with a bottle of water handy. The postures will be better if you use are sitting in a straight backed chair.
The session will be held using Zoom. If you have a Smartphone, a tablet or a laptop/pc and would like to join in but lack the confidence or knowhow, please get in touch with us and we’ll help you to get set up.
