Face yoga is a series of exercises that promise to do for your face what yoga does for your body: relax and tone muscles. As part of the Positive Changes project we are offering you the chance to try this out, on Thursday 15th October or Thursday 22nd October.
No previous experience or lycra is required, just be prepared to have fun, pick up some relaxation techniques and learn a little bit about face massage. To take part you will need a little blanket for your shoulders during the relaxation and some face oil or moisturiser for the facial massage.
The session will be held using Zoom. If you have a Smartphone, a tablet or a laptop/pc and would like to join in but lack the confidence or knowhow, please get in touch with us and we’ll help you to get set up.
