It can be hard being stuck in the house for long periods, so why not take a short break for yourself and join us online for a short Mindful practice every Thursday morning. This group is for anyone who wants try out Mindfulness – you can join us for a taster session or if you want to practice regularly you can join every week.
If you register using the box below we will send you a link to join, all you need is a smart device (phone, tablet, laptop, pc), ideally with a camera and microphone, and to be able to connect to the internet.
