The Carers Care Home Forum is for carers who currently have a relative or loved one in a care home.
There are two different topics which will be discussed – falls and activities as well as the opportunity to meet with other carers, Carers Link staff, and the East Dunbartonshire Council Care Home Support team to share experiences and examples of good practice.
