This weekly class will give you the chance to socialise and participate in movement and dance with stretches and lengthening moves, and to have some well-deserved fun.
The session will involve a warm up, and arm, body and leg movements to music, mostly from the 80’s to the current chart. Your dance routine will be followed by a cool down and some breathing exercises. This will be followed by the chance to sit and chat, with some light refreshments provided.
No previous dance experience is necessary and the sessions are inclusive regardless of age or ability. Wear loose comfortable clothing, comfortable shoes (trainer like footwear) and bring a bottle of water.
The session will be run by Zoe Bell-Arnott, who has 31 years experience of teaching dance.
