Our Walk and Talk group gives you the opportunity to get a bit of exercise, fresh air, friendship and chat. Each walk lasts between 1 and 2 hours along mostly flat ground.
We can’t guarantee the sunshine, but we can promise you a warm welcome and good company (and if it’s too wet we will just have the talk bit of the group). Join us to wander the paths enjoying the trees, flowers, insects & birds and some banter.
We will take a break for lunch either half way through, or at the end of the walk, and you are welcome to bring your lunch and eat with us.
