If this event is fully booked,  we will hold a waiting list. If you click on the waiting list ticket below we will let you know if a space becomes available

On this tour we will explore famous landmarks and gritty street art, hear tales of Glasgow’s criminal and macabre past! Its ties to the slave trade, its gangs, its godfathers, its ghosts, and its twisted serial killers!

This is not your average tour; it is a tour bursting with dry Glaswegian humour and entertaining tales.  It is a tour dedicated to the people and their thrilling, hilarious, and sometimes terrifying adventures.

The stories told won’t be found in museums, or summed up in a book – they will be delivered by a professional storyteller who will add their own anecdotes to the historical facts and the mythical imaginings.

We will meet in Glasgow city centre at the Gallery of Modern Art at 11 am where our tour will begin. The tour will last for approximately 3 hours, with a short break coffee break in the middle.  Tour is  likely to end in the Gallowgate.

The tour will take place whatever the weather – so do come prepared. Apart from a short coffee break in the middle – we will be walking or standing during the tour – comfortable (waterproof!) shoes and raincoats may/will be required.

PLEASE NOTE – We fully understand, particularly for carers, that “things can crop up” at the last minute. But it would be great, and help us to keep costs down, if you only book a place that you feel you will be able to use.
