Join Carers Link for lunch and to visit the Palace of Holyrood House and Gardens , the King’s official residence and the home of Scottish royal history. Transport is provided and the visit is free and open to carers registered with Carers Link. Due to popular demand, places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Find out more on the Palace’s close associations with some of Scotland’s most well-known historic figures such as Mary, Queen of Scots and Bonnie Prince Charlie, to the present day when it is used by The King when carrying out official engagements in Scotland.
The trip will last approximately 5to 6 hours.
